The Democratic Party of Oregon (DPO) Environmental Caucus is inviting Democrats to learn about the Transportation Legislative Plan moving through Salem now!

We are calling for more public transportation solutions/funding. Call for more equity in the revenue increases needed; funding for safety measures and improve accountability at the Dept. of Transportation.

Expert speaker Indi Namkoong (she/they), the Transportation Justice Coordinator for Verde, an environmental justice non-profit organization and coalition partner in Move Oregon Forward will present the information and we’ll discuss our plan of action!

Come down and get yourself some native pollinator plants 🌱

Today's the day! We're so excited to see you! The PPRV Spring Native Plant Sale is from 10am - 2pm in the parking lot behind PPRV - at the corner of Main & 4th (312 N. Main St). 5 amazing plant vendors and just great plants and people. Native plant experts will be roaming to answer any questions you have - look for the "ask me I'm an expert" badges. Parking is limited behind PPRV, but plentiful in downtown Phoenix. Need more info? Yesterday our caucus had a BLAST at Earth Day 2025 in Ashland. We had 2 fun activities for kids to engage with, a color page on what a happy earth looks like to them and a recycling sensory box guessing game! Both activities were hits and we did have some meaningful engagement with adults and even interest in joining our party!
The rain didn’t stop us from having a presence because we believe every day is earth day
