❗ We are aware of a several main breaks in our system today, Thursday, October 1, 2026; one on Royal Avenue, one on Ridge Way, and one on Medical Center Drive. Medford Water crews are working diligently to stop the water and make repairs as soon as possible, but water service in these areas may be affected as we work to make these repairs.

We understand that this is an inconvenience and do appreciate your patience as we address this situation. More information will be posted here as we know more.

This Labor Day, we celebrate the hard work of our employees who help us keep the water flowing 24/7 to the taps of our approximately 150,000 customers. Our office will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, for the Labor Day holiday, and those hardworking teams will be back to assist you at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8.

Do you have old tires lying around you don't know what to do with? Dispose of them for free at the 2026 Fall Tire Recycle Drive hosted by Jackson County Vector Control District on September 3rd and 4th.
