Many foster youth begin the school year in a new home or new school, facing uncertainty and often without the supplies they need to feel prepared and supported.

CASA identified this need, and members of our community stepped up in a big way. 💙

A heartfelt thank you to Takeda, Building Impact, and Delaware County’s Domestic Relations Department for providing brand-new backpacks and a plethora of school supplies—including essential hygiene products—for CASA youth.

Because of your generosity, CASA youth can start the school year with the things they need to learn, grow, and succeed. 📚✨

Delaware County is proud to recognize August as Child Support Awareness Month.

Council Vice Chair Christine Reuther recently thanked the County's Domestic Relations office, and the partners they work with, for their continued efforts to protect Delco's children:

Project W is proud to support , who stand beside children navigating the child welfare system. CASA received a $30,000 grant from Project W in 2025. Our June newsletter shared about the journey of a young girl named “Maya,” and her CASA Advocate’s dedication to providing a consistent voice and stability.

We had a special surprise delivery at our office today on National Nonprofit Day from a former volunteer. We are so grateful for each and every one of our dedicated CASA volunteers; your time and support mean so much to us, and we truly couldn’t do this important work without you.
