The families and children who come to Family Support Line are often in various phases of starting over. We try to make sure every child leaves feeling supported and on a healing pathway. Sometimes it takes a little extra to get them started on that path, so we have added duffle bags to our Amazon Wishlist for cases such as this.

Join Family Support Line and Senator John Kane as we reveal the amazing new mural painted by artist from the Media Arts Council. It was important to us that the new artwork in our family spaces captured the imagination of the children we work with. These colorful and inspired works of art aim to create a calm and soothing environment in a situation that can often feel scary and tense.
Please join us on September 2nd at 11:00am, as we celebrate the work of these talented artists. Additional information on the flyer below. Please contact Family Support Line via messenger with any questions.

Bank of America is generously donating 600 stuffed animals to Family Support Line. They dropped off 300 of them yesterday, and our team was so excited we all channeled our inner child and had some fun unpacking them!

Our Room to Heal assures every child leaves Family Support Line with a little bit of comfort, these stuffed animals will allow us to provide hundreds of children with a cozy and secure feeling while beginning to heal.

Family Support Line would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Bank of America for their continued support!

Today, July 30th, Family Support Line and Delaware County Victim Assistance Center partnered to bring the Red Sand Project to Delaware County. The Red Sand Project is a Nationwide initiative that brings awareness to the issue of Human Trafficking. Red Sand is poured into the cracks of the sidewalk to represent victims of labor and s*x trafficking who have fallen through the cracks.
Delaware County accounts for 10% of all human trafficking cases filed in the state of Pennsylvania, which also puts the county in the top 5 highest in the state. Joined by multiple county agencies and residents, Family Support Line and Delaware County Victims Assistance Center filled the Media Courthouse courtyard with red sand, a truly amazing display for human trafficking awareness.
Throughout the day over 20 other organizations will be joining Delaware County’s Red Sand Project, pouring their own red sand to honor those victims and spread awareness. If you see one of these installations, take a minute to reflect on the knowledge that this is happening in our own communities. Take a photo and share on your own social media tagging Family Support Line and Delaware County Victim Assistance Center using the hashtags:
