We are still looking for 1-2 girls to join our 9/10 girls soccer team this season! At the moment, we do not have enough players registered to form a team, so if you know a kiddo who would be interested in playing, please send her our way so we can get these girls on the field this season! This Sunday, August 2nd is the LAST DAY to sign up for Fall 4Rec Sports!!! After Sunday night, registrations will all have a $10 late fee and will only be taken as spaces are available, so make sure to sign up this week to secure your kiddo a spot for the season. We still have several spaces open and need players and coaches for a couple teams in order to play this season.

PLAYERS NEEDED
- 9/10 girls soccer: 4 players
- 11/12 flag football: 3 players
- 9/10 flag football: 1 player
- 11/12 volleyball: 2 players

COACHES NEEDED
- 7/8 soccer (1 coach)
- 9/10 boys soccer (1 coach)
- 9/10 girls soccer (1 coach)

WE NEED PLAYERS FOR FALL SPORTS!!! The deadline for Fall Sports is quickly approaching, and we are still looking to fill several spots to build teams this season. First time playing? No worries! This is a great league to get your kiddo out on the field to learn, grow, and get moving, no matter their age or skill level. Registration is open for this week and next, but will close after August 2nd. Below are the number of spots still available for sign up:

- 5/6 Soccer: 13 spots available
- 7/8 Soccer: 15 spots available
- 7/8 Flag Football: 1 spot remaining
- 9/10 Girls Soccer: 7 spots remaining (need 4 more for a team!)

Unfortunately, due to poor air quality, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Tennis-a-Thon scheduled for July 23, 2026.

This year, we had hoped to honor Leroy LeMaster for his years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to creating and sustaining this wonderful program. His passion and leadership have made a lasting impact on so many players and families, and we look forward to celebrating his legacy in the future.

As we look ahead to next year, we plan to work closely with the Medical Lake High School Tennis Program to continue this tradition and ensure the program carries on just as Leroy would have wanted.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We hope everyone stays safe, and we look forward to seeing you on the courts next year.

Fall 4Rec sign up is OPEN! Make sure to get your child signed up for soccer, flag football, volleyball, or Spirit Squad before sign up closes on AUGUST 2ND! Don't get caught up in summer fun and back to school prep, as spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee your child will have a spot if you register late. It's that time of year, folks! The 2026 Medical Lake Community Yard Sale starts this Saturday, July 11th and will go through Sunday, so make sure to save a copy of the yard sale map and visit all your neighbors for some great finds! Each house has their own hours of operation listed. Want a hard copy? Swing by City Hall today through Sunday and we will have copies available inside the lobby, as well as on the door outside working hours. We can't wait to see everyone, it should be a great weekend for a yard sale!
