Today is the first day of Women’s History Month and throughout March we are celebrating the contributions women have made in our history as we continue our work to ensure women are represented in all levels of government.

It's only appropriate that we begin the month recognizing the Honorable Alex Sink. Alex founded Ruth's List in 2008 to build the bench of dynamic women leaders serving in state and local government and still serves on our board today.
