🎨 CALL FOR ART!
We’re excited to announce the 2026 Program Cover Art Contest for the 29th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade, Multicultural Festival & Signature Awards Gala — Borikén Weekend & Hispanic Heritage Month!

🎨 2026 Program Cover Youth Art Contest
for the 29th Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade, Multicultural Festival & Signature Awards Gala

Brevard County Middle & High School students are invited to create artwork inspired by this year’s theme:

“The Arts — Many Voices. One Canvas. Where Culture Comes Alive and Community Thrives.”

The arts tell our stories — every color, rhythm, dance step, and brushstroke on our shared canvas carries our culture forward. Through art, we remember where we come from, celebrate who we are, and imagine what we can become. These creative expressions allow our many voices to rise together — vibrant, diverse, and united — bringing our culture to life for the next generations.

🖌️ Eligibility
• Middle & High School students in Brevard County
• One original artwork per student
• Any medium: drawing, painting, digital, mixed media

📅 Timeline
• Opens: July 1, 2026
• Deadline: August 28, 2026 (11:59 PM)

📤 Submit to: [email protected]
Include: Name, Phone Number, School, Artwork + Title, and Parent/Guardian Waiver

🏆 Prizes
• 1st Place: Featured on the official 2026 Program Cover + Gift Card
• Runner-Up: Featured inside the program + Gift Card
• Top Finalists: Artwork displayed in the community during Hispanic Heritage Month

Let your creativity shine and help us celebrate culture, unity, and the arts! 🌟
