Our Senior Centers are welcoming gathering spots where active older adults can connect, make new friends, and enjoy fun health and wellness activities—all while sharing a nutritious, hot lunch. Each center offers its own unique schedule of special events, so we encourage you to reach out to your local center to see what’s happening near you.
Whether you love playing bingo, shooting pool, dancing, quilting, or card games, or prefer yoga, strength training, and art classes, there’s something here for everyone. Many centers also provide valuable resources like grief support groups, thrift shops, clothing exchanges, and nutrition classes. Some locations even offer monthly blood pressure and blood sugar screenings to help you stay on top of your health.

No matter your activity level or mobility, there are opportunities to get involved—whether by joining leadership groups or volunteering in your community. We invite you to come join us, make connections, and enjoy everything your Senior Center has to offer!
