-I had Freedom from curfews and rules.
-Dads facial expressions indicated the limits of my freedom.
-Bridge & Cliff diving was my favorite pastime on a hot day.
-I never played sports.
-I had constant curiosity.

❓What are a few of your favorite things?
1. Favorite Movie: 7 Brides for 7 Brothers
2. Favorite Book: The Masks of God By. Joseph Campbell
3. Favorite Food: Seafood.
4. Favorite hobbies include reading everything relevant to a healthy body & mind.

Welcome our new paraprofessional, Mya!

❓Where did you go to school?
I graduated from Washburn High School in 2023, and now I am working towards getting my Elementary Education degree at University of Wisconsin - Superior.

❓Tell us a little about your childhood.
1. My favorite show when I was little was Dora the Explorer.
2. I owned so many stuffed animals when I was little, and played "teacher" with them for fun.
3. I was homeschooled until 6th grade with my younger brother by my mom.

❓What are 3 of your favorite things?
1. My favorite show is New Girl.
2. My favorite color is pink.
3. My favorite animals are pigs and pugs.
I am very excited to start this school year, and can't wait to help out where I can! :)

A little Summer work goes a long way! 🛠️

While our students were off enjoying the Summer, work has been happening behind the scenes here at school! We have replaced the concrete slab at the entrance to Door H, new epoxy flooring has been placed in the elementary halls and under the stairwells, and we also replaced the stage curtains!
