Early voting will start at 8:30 am tomorrow morning and last until 5 pm. It will continue next week: Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 4 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Why did I get into this race? To fight for your kids and bring real change to Melrose politics.

I have "red lines," and they begin and end with our kids and the schools they attend.

You have my word that, if elected, I will never sit quietly while the schools that primarily service Ward 7 kids bear the brunt of our city's financial woes.

Ward 7 kids and their parents deserve a champion that will always be willing to fight for them.

In Melrose, we don’t have Democratic ballots or Republican ballots. We have nonpartisan elections where we vote for candidates, not parties, and if all politics are local (as the piece says), then we don’t need this kind of division that injects partisanship (and, inevitably, national politics) into municipal races.
