3. Last two bank statements for all bank accounts (all pages).
4. Most recent W-2
5. Other Income such as: Child Support, SSI/SSDI/Pension/Retirement accounts, Veteran’s pay, etc.
Income Limits:
Qualified applicants should be at or below 60% of current AMI
One person household: $58,920
Credit check and prior landlord references will be required. Security deposit and first month’s rent required at time of lease signing.
