Our mission is to promote the development of young professionals (ages 21-40) in the Memphis area and to serve our affiliate through social and community action. Our empowerment platform includes five main areas:

Memphis Urban League Young Professionals is excited to officially re-introduce MULYP for 2026! We are building a space centered around connection, community, civic engagement, professional growth, culture, and collaboration for the next generation of Memphis leaders.

Join us for our upcoming General Body Meeting as we open the floor to current members, new members, interested members, creatives, entrepreneurs, professionals, advocates, and community supporters to learn more about:

🌮💰 Taco Tuesday: Money Moves was a success!

As part of our Memphis Urban League Young Professionals March Madness: Join Week Reboot, we had an incredible evening filled with connection, conversation, and community.

We’re so grateful to our amazing guest speakers from the financial and homeownership industries who took the time to pour into our young professionals, sharing valuable insight on wealth building, credit, real estate, and financial growth.

Thank you to everyone who came out, engaged, and invested in themselves — this is exactly what it looks like to build together.

This event was just one of many moments that made our March Madness Reboot impactful, and we’re excited to continue creating spaces for growth, education, and opportunity here in Memphis.
