Last week, our Impact Fire Office Managers gathered in Dallas, TX for our annual Office Manager Conference to share best practices, learn from one another, and strengthen the partnerships that help drive our business forward. Over the course of the event, teams participated in operational updates, training sessions, and discussions focused on continuous improvement and supporting our people.

A huge thank you to everyone that made this event happen and of course our office managers for everything you do behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly. Your impact is felt across the organization every day!

Yesterday, Impact Fire-Harrisburg attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for a men's and women's homeless shelter for Community Cares. There were local and state officials onsite to support the great work this organization does for the community.

We were honored to install the sprinkler system at this location and be a part of this amazing community benefit. Thank you to everyone involved in this project, including our local Impact Fire team members!
