The future of aging services requires collaboration, innovation, and practical solutions that strengthen community-based care.

Global Mobile Care, Inc. is proud to host the Community-Based Aging & Wellness Echo Program as part of the CBAW ECHO initiative.

This virtual learning community connects adult day centers, HCBS providers, nurses, social workers, caregivers, and community organizations with interdisciplinary experts focused on improving geriatric and dementia care through real-world case discussions and evidence-based strategies.

Topics include:

• Chronic disease and preventive care
• Dementia care in community settings
• Behavioral health and emotional wellness
• Caregiver burden and workforce wellness
• Telehealth and mobile health integration
