Seniors age 60 or older who are unable to complete the application independently or require an accommodation may contact our Call Center at 901-222-4200.Our team can help you gather your documents and answer any questions about the application process.

📣📣UPDATE: Rent/Mortgage Assistance remains CLOSED pending funding from the federal government. We do not have an opening date at this time. Assistance will NOT be available in December. 📣📣 Please continue to check our website for January updates.

IMPORTANT: When submitting an application please make sure all identification, proof of income over the last 30 days, zero income (form on our website), birth certificates for 5 and under, disability, etc. are uploaded. Incomplete applications delay payment time. We are starting to notate utility accounts for approved applicants. Make sure to check your email. Any revision requests are emailed to you. Your application will be denied if not returned/completed timely. IMPORTANT-The waitlist is long, so please be patient. Updates are posted in your online profile. Thanks!
