HB1103 is headed to the governor's desk to be signed. This will raise the Homestead credit up from $600 to $675 beginning with the 2026 assessment year (next year's taxes). This is good news for homeowners, as well as the counties. A huge thanks to our legislators đź‘Źđź‘Ź
