We have the latest vaccines for cervical cancer, meningitis, Hepatitis A, and adult pertussis or whooping cough. Age restrictions for some vaccines do apply. No fee for those who do not have insurance. STDs- Testing is provided for s*xually transmitted diseases available to all ages. Vital Records- Birth and death certificates available for Arkansas occurrences. Birth certificates : $12 for first copy - $10 for each additional copy. Death certificates: $10 for first copy - $8 for each additional copy. Water testing: Well Water testing kits available. The fee to test is $17. All visits are kept strictly confidential. Typically, immunizations are due at ages 4,11, and 16 for students.

Hey WIC participants- GREAT NEWS!!

For the months of June, July, August and September the cash value benefit will temporarily increase from $9 to $35 for fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables!!

American Rescue Act of 2021 has provided WIC the ability to increase the CVB for Women and Children (Categories III, IV, V, VI, and VII) to $35 for the months of June, July, August, and September. Infants are not eligible for this increase.
