We have the latest vaccines for cervical cancer, meningitis, Hepatitis A, and adult pertussis or whooping cough. Age restrictions for some vaccines do apply. No fee for those who do not have insurance. STDs- Testing is provided for s*xually transmitted diseases available to all ages. Vital Records- Birth and death certificates available for Arkansas occurrences. Birth certificates : $12 for first copy - $10 for each additional copy. Death certificates: $10 for first copy - $8 for each additional copy. Water testing: Well Water testing kits available. The fee to test is $17. All visits are kept strictly confidential.
