The Next Group of Elected are the Judicial Branch.

•Supreme Court Justices: 7 justices elected to statewide eight-year terms.
•Appeals Court Judges: 12 judges elected to eight-year terms across specific districts.
•Circuit Judges: Elected to six-year terms within specific judicial circuits.
•District Court Judges: Elected to four-year terms to handle local infractions, misdemeanors, and civil matters.

Under Arkansas law, the primary duty of the judicial branch is to independently interpret the law, resolve controversies, and administer justice fairly. The system operates through a structured four-tier system: the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Circuit Courts, and District Courts.

In a historic moment that completely overshadowed the celebration of his own lifetime achievements, the man widely recognized as the "Godfather of Artificial Intelligence" turned the world's most prestigious stage into a global warning platform.

Professor Geoffrey Hinton, who was awarded the 2024 Nobel Prize in Physics for his foundational breakthroughs in neural networks and machine learning, used his official banquet speech in Stockholm to issue a chilling wake-up call about the rapidly evolving technology. Rather than simply celebrating the capabilities of his creation, Hinton warned that corporate greed and lack of regulation are rapidly driving humanity toward a dystopian reality.

During his address, Hinton exposed the immediate and long-term existential threats posed by autonomous digital systems, stating:"AI is already being used by authoritarian governments for mass surveillance. In the near future, AI will be used to create new viruses and lethal weapons that decide by themselves who to kill or maim. There is also a longer term existential threat that will arise when we create digital beings that are more intelligent than ourselves. We have no idea whether we can stay in control. But we now have evidence that if they are created by companies motivated by short-term profits, our safety will not be the top priority. We urgently need research on how to prevent these new beings from wanting to take control. They are no longer science fiction."

As the pioneer of artificial intelligence sounds the alarm on his own creation, grassroots tech advocates and environmental groups are arguing that the most effective way to halt this corporate-driven dystopia isn't just policy, it's cutting off the literal physical lifeblood required to build it: data centers. Across the globe, multi-billion-dollar tech conglomerates are rushing to construct massive, energy-guzzling data centers that devour unprecedented amounts of electricity and water to power raw AI training models. Activists are making it clear that if governments refuse to step in and force strict safety standards on Big Pharma and Big Tech, citizens must hit the corporations where it hurts by halting the unchecked expansion of the industrial data infrastructure powering these unregulated "digital beings."

Did you know what one of your most absolute rights is in the Constitution?
It’s one that cannot be challenged in court–in fact, it’s a guarantee.

The Founding Fathers were not champions of democracy. It’s true that they were eager to shed a monarchical system that dated back hundreds of years, but they weren’t so comfortable with democracy–or what they saw as “mob rule”–either. So a republic it was. But how did we get to this place, a middle ground between absolutism and popular sovereignty? Learn more about this right enshrined in the Constitution…

America's heritage is indeed a rich, remarkable, and breathtaking tapestry…..but unless each generation continues to build upon the same foundation…..that our Founding Fathers gave to us in the framework of our freedom…

Many lives have been sacrificed for the cause of American liberty.
