As of Dec. 21, we are officially moving towards longer days! This week, get outside, move your body, and soak up some natural sunlight. That is all. No need to overcomplicate it.

Earlier this month, 25 local attendees toured Oȟéyawahe / Pilot K**b as part of Mendota Heights Fest, an annual city celebration of open space and community. While the City celebration is generally about “family fun for everyone,” our tour offered an opportunity for cultural and environmental learning, adult conversation, and a beautiful walk through restored prairie. Thank you to Gail, Juanita, Chris, and Krista for hosting this tour.
