Well I’m back! On may 17, 2023 I was delivering a trailer for a friend and as I was unhooking it I heard a loud pop in my left knee The pop was actually me tearing my inner and outer meniscus and ripping my ACL completely.
I really wish I had some amazing story on how I blew my knee out but that’s it. It was a pretty devastating feeling. I have been a cowboy my whole life and having a feeling that you might not be able to ride again it was pretty scary. I had to face reality and I started selling everything I stay off my feet for about five months trying to see if it would heal on its own, but it sure didn’t it only got worse. October 13 I went in for surgery and after speaking with the doctors he said I would recover 100% and have no issues so I had to start recouping my life and putting myself back together and I tell you what recovery is hard getting back into shape is even harder, I rubbed my calf yesterday and let’s say it’s gonna be some work to get me back
