πŸŽ‰ Let’s celebrate Deb! πŸŽ‰

Today we say a massive THANK YOU to our incredible AmeriCorps member, Deb, as she completes her service!

Deb has been an integral part of the Stepping Stones team. From keeping our food pantry running smoothly to making sure folks at the Cairn House shelter are fed and cared for, her hard work and compassion have made waves throughout the organization.

But fret not, Deb will be continuing as an overnight attendant position at the Cairn House. We are happy that she will remain with the organization.

Stepping Stones of Dunn County recieved a $2,500 grant from P.E.O Wisconsin Sarah Shinn Marshall Fund to purchase a new washing station along with other donations from the community. This upgrade improves sanitation and daily operations, helping our organization better serve local families and individuals. We can't thank them enough for this transformative piece of equipment.

β˜€οΈ Last week, many of our incredible team at Stepping Stones of Dunn County took to the water of Tainter Lake for a special staff development day. The afternoon was filled with laughter, a pontoon ride and a nice walk in the water. It was nice to connect outside of our office walls and get to know grow our bonds as a staff.

A massive shout-out and thank you to Jeff Frawley at Red Cedar Fly Fishing. Jeff generously hosted our crew at his private dock and provided an opportunity to enjoy his "slice of paradise" for a couple hours.

A huge thank you to Mayor Matthew Crowe and his wife, Chelsea, for taking time out of their busy schedules to cook a delicious lunch for our residents. Deb is our all-star chef in the kitchen who helped guide them throughout the process. We appreciate the connection the City of Menomonie has with our organization.

A huge shout out goes out to our friends at Keyes Chevytown for supporting our organization through their Corvette Car Show this past Saturday. The local Corvette Club worked hard with Keyes to make this event a success. In total, over $10,000 was raised through raffles, silent auction, donations and a generous match by Keyes Chevytown. Over 100 awesome Corvettes were on display, it was truly a sight to see. We can't thank the community enough for all the support.
