Tunes at the Lagoons kicks off at 7:00 PM tonight at the Mentor Lagoons Marina with a performance by Tunes at the Lagoons - Follow the Sun.

Attendees will be able to enjoy food and refreshments throughout the season from local food trucks. Tomorrow night features Barra De Taco, W***y Nilly Pizza, Froyo Madison, and Classic Kettle Corn.

A selection of beers and sparkling beverages are available for those 21 and over. Beverage tents accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Venmo. Food and beverage service starts at 6:00 PM.

All performances will be held from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Field seating only. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket. Handicap parking is available. Parking attendants will be onsite to direct traffic.

Enjoy a whole new view!

Rent a kayak, canoe, stand-up paddle board, or pedalboat, and explore the Mentor Lagoons Nature Preserve in a whole new way.

Check out the blue trail that meanders through 3-miles of flat water and observe nature at its finest.

Equipment is available to rent on an hourly basis, weekdays 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and weekends 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Last launch: 7:00 PM) through Labor Day.

HOURLY RENTAL RATES

Single Kayak: $10.00
Double Kayak: $15.00
Canoe: $15.00
Stand Up Paddle Board $10.00
Pedalboat $25.00

Rentals are first-come / first-served. Those 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets will be issued and must be worn at all times. Groups of 10 or more can make a reservation by calling 440-392-4295.

Experience the Mentor Lagoons by paddle. The City of Mentor has established a water trail through the Lagoons waterways, including a brief exploration of the Marsh Creek and access to the shoreline paddling on Lake Erie. The trail flows for approximately 3 miles in protected flat-water, which is perfect for paddling.

Mentor Recreation offers a variety of paddle programs during the summer months.
