We know just how critical ongoing professional development is for behavioral health practitioners. Finding the time and financial resources to pursue continuing education can be challenging, yet it is essential to ensuring Lake County and surrounding communities receive the highest quality care and support.

That is why Crossroads Health recently welcomed a new Director of Training and Staff Enrichment, who will lead efforts to expand internal CEU and CME opportunities, strengthen recruitment and retention, and develop leadership pathways and internship programs that foster long-term professional growth and commitment to the field of behavioral health.

This work matters because our community matters. Every year at Crossroads, our team of compassionate, skilled, and well-supported behavioral health professionals help 7000+ individuals and families find hope, healing, and healthcare.
