And now the results...The results have been tabulated. This year only paid attendees received a voting number and were only able to vote once (any duplicates and any votes made after close of the event were eliminated).

With 18 restaurants/businesses at Taste of Mentor, we're sure it was very difficult to vote. As one attendee said, "Excellent night out. All presentations very good and food delicious. Very hard to choose winners." That being said, here are the winners:

The Cardinal Closet is located at Garfield Elementary and is managed by the Cardinal Works program, Memorial Middle School and CARES classes. The Cardinal Closet serves two purposes: Their store supplies FREE gently used clothes, shoes, and new personal care items to families in need. The store also provides a real-world learning opportunity for students to practice work-related skills in an authentic environment.

Late last week, the Ohio EPA announced a grant award to the City of Mentor in the amount of $329,000 towards 75% of the purchase price of a new all-electric school bus to replace two aging diesel buses in the cityโ€™s fleet. Mentor City Council approved acceptance

Over the past couple of days we have been working together as a team to try and come up with a good solution for this temporary closure. We have come up with curbside carryout availability of our full food menu. We are hopeful that this can help our staff as much as possible to maintain some work days during this unknown.

Our full food menu is located on our Facebook, Instagram bio, and website. We are also available on UberEats and Grubhub.

This is a great opportunity to try our new menu items!

Please call 440-585-8815 to place your food order. We will be open for curbside pick up from 4 to 9pm Monday thru Saturday, and we will also be offering delivery for orders over $100 or more (within 15 miles with 2 hour notice).
