PLEASE SHARE THIS IMPORTANT NEW "Are You OK" PROGRAM FOR SENIORS 60 YRS+. Our agency partner, Lifeline, Inc., in partnership with the Board of Lake County Commissioners, has launched this new safety assurance program for Lake County seniors(60 yrs +) who may be isolated or living alone. Seniors can enroll in the program to receive daily automated monitoring calls designed to provide security and ease the concerns friends and families may have for the safety of their loved ones. The program will be operated thru Lifeline’s 211 service, and enrolled seniors will receive several automated calls at pre-arranged times each day. If those calls are unanswered after three attempts, a safety alert is sent to Lifeline’s 211. Senior citizens wishing to enroll in the program should contact Andrea Johnson at 440-354-2148 ext. 207 or email her at [email protected].
