It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our long serving Fire Chief, Kenny Jones. Chief Jones passed away this afternoon at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Ar while fighting a sudden illness. Chief Jones will always be remembered as a dedicated Chief that gave his heart to his department. Please keep his family, friends. and our department in your prayers.

Funeral arrangements for Firefighter Goodson are: Visitation Wednesday 6/14/2023 @ 6pm to 8pm at Cox Funeral Home in Bastrop, LA. Funeral is at Cox Thursday 6/15/2023 @ 11am. This is not a line of duty but the FD will es**rt the precession. God bless and comfort his family during this time of grief. Your prayers are appreciated.
