OCA Mary Wayte Pool Mary Wayte Pool is located on Mercer Island. We are a public pool and offer lots to our community! The pool is a public resource for all Mercer Island residents.

Mary Wayte Pool is the located in Mercer Island near the high school . It is owned by the Mercer Island School District and managed/operated by Olympic Cascade Aquatics (OCA) with support from the City of Mercer Island. Mercer Island has a strong tradition and interest in aquatic activity and Mary Wayte pool is one of the most heavily used pools in the Pacific Northwest . A full range of programs

and services are available for infant to senior, recreation to competition, as well as programs for the adaptive population. Thank you for your continued support of this valuable community resource. Summer League is coming to an end and school will be starting in just over a month! Now is the perfect time to get them into Champ Camp! Help your swimmer become a champion in and out of the pool!

During Champ Camp, Coach Freeman will be working with the swimmers on developing a champion mentality that can be applied in the pool, in school, and in everyday life. Coach Freeman will also work with the participants on their swimming skills that can produce championship results! Coach Freeman comes from Michigan and has trained under two Olympic coaches, sent swimmers to YMCA Nationals 10x, and represented the PNW at the USA Swimming Leadership Training Conference. Swimmers must know how to swim all the competitive strokes to be in the camp.
