The township park has been left open through this pandemic to allow for open areas to take your children to get out and run. It is our intention to continue that.
Unfortunately, sometime over the weekend someone or a group of someone’s spray painted graffiti and racial slurs and an individual’s name in black spray paint all through the picnic pavilion and portable toilets.
The toilets will not clean up and are destroyed, they have been replaced. The pavilion has been cleaned as best as it can be.
As residents, this is YOUR park! Help us keep it nice for you. If anyone has any leads or information about the damages done, please contact the office.

We live on the corner of Orchard dr and Heisey rd. , since the iron bridge was closed we are observing a lot of semi traffic coming through. Is there anyway to get the detour signs to indicate no truck traffic or local traffic only. We assume they are cutting through to 75. Orchard as you know is very narrow with many sharp curves and the hump bridge on Anderson is getting beat up not to mention the damage to Witherspoon bridge. We still have 7 more months till Heisey road is reopen. Any help you can give would be great.
