Connecticut’s cities housed far more people a century ago than they do today. The housing stock is gone because the government demolished it. Now the government declares a crisis

‼️In a historic legal settlement last week, Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) committed to STOP administering mutilating gender interventions on children and agreed to create the first “detransition clinic.”

Here’s what this means:

➡️TCH, the largest children’s hospital in the nation, entered into agreements with the U.S. Department of Justice and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, which include ceasing all sex-rejecting procedures on children, such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible ge***al surgeries.
➡️TCH will also fire, “irrevocably terminate,” and “never again hire or credential” five doctors who performed these harmful procedures on children.
➡️TCH also agreed to a host of other compliance and ethics measures, including amending its bylaws to “trigger automatic” denial of medical practice privileges to any physician who violates Texas’ ban on gender interventions for children.
➡️TCH will also pay $10 million in damages and civil penalties for using fraudulent billing practices to receive Texas Medicaid reimbursements.

Gender ideology has devastated many lives — this settlement is a step in the right direction to restore the medical profession to one that heals rather than harms.

How sad the public education (rather Indoctrination) system is in Connecticut!
Parents and residents need to connect locally to return it to an education center - reading, writing, arithmetic, science and history -- remove DEI, CRT, SEL and Comprehensive S€x programming!

Announced last month, Gov. Ned Lamont’s Blue-Ribbon Commission on K-12 Education Funding and Accountability, has scheduled its first meeting for June 4 and is expected to deliver its final report, including actionable recommendations, by Jan. 15, 2027.

“What I worry about is the nature of a lot of these primaries gets very personal — personal attacks, tearing people apart,” Lamont said Saturday. “Sometimes it looks like my opponent is taking a playbook from the Republicans, the attacks they’re making.”

Democrats do take notice of what Republicans do to each other!

Property taxes are now the largest single component of housing cost for most Connecticut homeowners. Nobody in the affordability debate wants to say that out loud
