We can win political battles.
But we must first learn the weapons and tactics of political warfare.
Christians are notorious for thinking we win battles with good ideology and good intentions.
These are important.
But just as in building a house, you can pray, design the architecture and blueprints, and develop a sound ideology of home building.
But at some point you have to do the hard and tedious work of BUILDING.
This building has to happen in the real world. As it is. Not as we wish it to be or as it appears in the perfectly straight lines of the blueprints.
The Church must learn how to BUILD politically.
