Ms. Gafford shared an update of what our middle schoolers have been up to in science class recently!

🔬 Our science classes have been investigating some fascinating questions through hands-on experiments! In 6th grade we explored how light affects the phenomena we observed with one-way mirror windows and in 7th grade and we used jars and bath bombs to investigate whether matter is created or if it already exists within a closed system. Students made observations, collected evidence, and used their results to think like real scientists.

K-5 scholars enjoyed time together during our first Griffin Gathering of the 26-27 school year. We loved being together as one team of united griffins and getting to celebrate the EPIK scholars who were selected for Scholar of the Week!

We had the most excellent First Day of School yesterday, kicking off the 2026-2027 school year at GPM! We loved welcoming our Griffins back and meeting new members of the GPM community. We can't wait for an EPIK year ahead with our amazing scholars and families 💙

We had such a fun time at our EPIK Foam & Fun Fest on Thursday evening! 🌞

We were blown away by the amazing turnout and loved seeing so many new and returning scholars and families spending time together before the start of the school year. The night was filled with foam, smiles, connection, and excitement for the year ahead.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success. We can't wait to welcome our scholars back and kick off another EPIK year together in 2026-2027!

Don’t forget to join us tomorrow for the first GPM community event of the 26-27 school year-EPIK Foam and Fun Fest! Stop by GPM between 5:30 and 7:00 to enjoy a frozen treat, learn your class and teacher for the year, grab dinner from Rapido Burrito, make your own tie-dye spirit shirt, have some fun in the foam and most importantly, meet other wonderful members of the Griffin family.
