5/18/26, 16:55 hrs. (WONDER) — Rural Metro Fire and ODF Southwest Oregon District have a 1/2 acre fire in the 12000 block of Redwood Hwy under control and in full mop-up. The cause is under investigation.

In the event of an emergency, we will get to you — but if your gate code is on file with the fire district and dispatch, we can do so much faster and with far less damage to your gate or property.

Many homes in our community are located behind locked gates or long rural driveways. Having updated gate access information can make a big difference when seconds matter.

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our busy office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high call volume and walk-in customers (in-person).

Responsibilities include:
• Answering and returning phone calls
• Assisting walk-in customers
• Resolving customer questions and issues with professionalism
• Updating customer/account information and documenting interactions

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
• One year customer service experience required (call center/high-volume experience a plus)

This is a full-time position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (in office)
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
