Toys from Grammy's Cluttered Cottage Grammy is Paula Anderson. She has retired and is now gathering, cleaning and repairing used and new IM me for info on my various charities. I need your help.

I wondered what I would do when I retired, then God showed me. I now collect new and used toys and children's books to clean and disinfect and regroup into donations for local children in need. Not all parents are able to supply gifts for their children. It is a struggle to put food on the table and pay rent. I am attempting to fill that void with Birthday Bags I donate to enrichment facilities. I

cannot continue to do this on my own. At different times I need certain things, money of course for bags, crayons, and toys, but also gently used books and toys for girls and boys. Watch my page for current needs and opportunities to join me in my ministry.

Snowflakes has officially reached 1,000 (and 1) babies born!

On December 23, 2022, Dalton Rice became the 1,000th Snowflakes baby - quickly followed by his twin sister Mary Elizabeth, #1,001.

Ten years ago, Dalton and Mary Elizabeth's parents began their journey to build a family. Ten years ago, the embryo set that Dalton and Mary Elizabeth were born from were being created.

After seven failed cycles of IVF, family friends who previously adopted through Snowflakes told them about embryo adoption. The rest is now history.

Celebrate and rejoice with us; and give God all the glory for this incredible milestone!

I was gifted 150 pounds of toys , half was Lego type pieces! Two weeks later I received two bags of books to match! Then I got a donation of games, Cabbage Patches and Barbies with clothes! God is so good! Thanks to all donators who God used…

Assembling Bionicles lead to LEGO. I so want to make LEGO available for my older kiddos at Operation Breakthrough. I just got to thinking, playing with LEGO builds engineers, construction workers, inventors, mechanics and other skilled workers.
To that end, I will concentrate on getting more LEGO for the kids age 8 and above.
Anyone have any LEGO in storage they would like to donate? Help me build valuable workers for the future!!

Office Depot had crayons on sale, so I now have a good supply. I am trying to obtain Bionicle parts. They are expensive, but oh, how happy the kiddos will be who receive them for their birthdays. I am very concerned about the economy and the effect it will have on my ministry. I am trusting God to help me stretch what I have.

I plan on changing how I deliver the toys. Fewer bags and the books will be given in a stack for them to hand out as they see fit. That might actually be better.

I will also concentrate on the items I have already obtained, giving us more room in our house. So with one problem comes solutions to two others! That is a God-thing!

Recently, I was gifted with several sets of Lego Bionicles and I have been busy putting them together and ordering missing parts. It has been so much fun! I hope to get some more donations of Bionicles, big boys like them, and they are hard to buy for. I also received Brio, for the younger kiddos, K'Nex and Ramagons. Thank you Sarah! Also received from her generosity were other toys plus plushies! I have been busy!

I got my printer connected to my computer so I can make coloring sheets for the kiddos! Now I need a truckload of Crayola Crayons, 16 or 24 boxes and Colors of the World boxes too. If enough people gave me a few, I would soon have a truck load!!
