New tool. Same mission.

Our department now has the Grappler in service.

The Grappler is a pursuit intervention device that deploys a net around the rear tire of a fleeing vehicle, helping officers bring it to a controlled stop.

Designed to reduce risk and increase safety, it's another option available to officers when dealing with dangerous fleeing drivers.

Johnson County Mental Health Center Access to Care provides same-day, walk-in services for anyone in Johnson County looking for help.

You’ll meet with a mental health professional who will listen, ask questions, and help guide you toward the right next steps—whether that’s community resources or ongoing care.

✔ No cost to walk in
✔ Open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
✔ First-come, first-served
