Congratulations to our Chief Advocacy and Policy Officer, Lucy Beadnell!

We are incredibly proud that Lucy has been awarded the Eleanor Sue Finkelstein Award for Service to the Disability Community by the Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia - a recognition she so deeply deserves.

Delegate Holly Seibold recently said it best: "She does incredible work advocating for the developmental disability community and making sure individuals and families have a strong voice in Richmond and beyond."

Thank you, Lucy, for your tireless leadership and dedication to our community.

We are so lucky to have representatives in Northern Virginia like Delegate Holly Seibold who actively seek out opportunities to put in legislation to help the disability community and others needing rights, protection, and support. Thank you to her and her staff for always having an open ear and working with us. Cheers to a brighter future for Virginia.

Loved spending the morning talking policy and advocacy with one of the greatest - The Arc of Northern Virginia’s Lucy Beadnell. She does incredible work advocating for the developmental disability community and making sure individuals and families have a strong voice in Richmond and beyond. Grateful for her partnership and leadership.
