We heard valuable insights from Peter Novak of Northwest Indiana Realtors Association and Aaron McDermott of Latitude Commercial, who shared perspectives from both the residential and commercial sides of the industry. The conversation explored how developments at the national, state, and local levels continue to impact the real estate market and surrounding communities.

One of the biggest takeaways from the discussion was the importance of housing and how closely it connects to economic development, workforce attraction, infrastructure, and the overall success of a city or town.
