Don't miss our Fall Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, Sept 19, from 9:00 am-2:00 pm at the Merrimac Public Library. Donations of books, games, puzzles, CDs or DVDs may be dropped off (in boxes or bags, please) during library hours between Thursday, Sept 3 and Thurs, September 17. Donations of baked goods may be dropped off on Friday, Sept 18 from 10:00-2:00 pm, or Saturday, Sept 19 from 9:00-10:00 am. We also need volunteers for set-up and breakdown if you'd like to help. Check the poster below for details!

The Chair Affair Silent Auction: Final call for bids!
Last chance to bid! The “Chair Affair” silent auction will end on Thursday, August 6 at 7:00 pm. Stop by during library hours this week and enter your bid for one-of-a-kind children’s chairs hand-painted by local artists. All proceeds from this unique fundraiser will help support children’s programs at the library. Winners will be notified on Friday, August 7.

Stop by and enter your bid during library hours from Monday, July 6 to Thursday, August 6. All proceeds from this unique fundraiser will help support children’s programs at the library. Chair-Affair Silent Auction going on until 8/6th in the Merrimac Public Library. Check out the hand-painted wooden children's chairs decorated by local artists. Come bid on your favorite chair. They would make a memorable gift for Birthdays, Holidays, Baby showers, etc.

Creative People Needed for Fundraising Activity!
Get out your paintbrushes and decorate a children’s chair to benefit the children’s programs at the Merrimac Library! Sign out a wooden chair at the library’s main desk, paint it with a child-friendly theme, and return it by July 1 for a silent auction to be held in July. Individuals, groups and organizations are welcome to participate.
