Merrimac Fire & Rescue-Hose Co. 1 Merrimac Fire Department is dedicated to bringing the very best of Fire and Medical Services to the residents of The Town of Merrimac.

As our community grows, so does our commitment to training and services. The Officers and Firefighters are always proud to serve our community. The members of the Hose Company #1 send our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Massachusetts State Trooper Kevin Trainor, who tragically killed this morning.

We stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the Massachusetts State Police during this incredibly difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those who knew and loved Trooper Trainor. May he rest in peace.
