Wow, Merrimac!! We would like to send out the most sincere THANK YOU to every single one of you that came to our show last night! You showing up and spending your evening with us is truly what makes this event so special! Thank you again for your patience and flexibility as we fought Mother Nature…again. But in the end, we persevered and hope you had as much fun as we did! From games, to music, to food, to FIREWORKS. Your continued support never goes unnoticed 🙏🏻 Thank you!

Good Morning! The MUCH anticipated Merrimac Fireworks Show WILL happen tonight!!

🚨A couple important parking updates:🚨

•Due to wet conditions on parking grounds, 4WD and AWD vehicles are HIGHLY encouraged
•Carpooling is HIGHLY encouraged to avoid less traffic on the grounds
•Bar Buddies will be running starting at 7pm if you prefer to get a ride to the grounds. Please visit Bar Buddies Merrimac page for more information.

Gates open at 5pm! We will still have ALL the fun entertainment and food on the grounds prior to the show!

•Cold Beer
•Yard games
•T-shirt shop
•Music

We would like to thank Sauk Prairie Hospital for donating the funds that were used to purchase new Mega-Movers for our Department. These portable transport units are used to lift, transfer, or rescue patients from tight spaces where a standard stretcher cannot fit. These can also be used for mass evacuation situations.
Your generous contribution will allow us to continue providing fast and efficient care to patients within our community. Thank you again!

🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE🚨

After much deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Firework Show for this Saturday. This decision came in the best interest of preserving the integrity of both the grounds and the outstanding show.

We are working on a make-up date and will get more details out as soon as possible.

🚒 The Merrimac Fire Department Cash Raffle Drawing is still on! 🚒

The drawing will take place as scheduled at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, at the Merrimac Fire Department.
