📣 We’re still on the hunt for a PTTF Treasurer! 📚

We have big plans to raise money and fund important projects for our students and we need someone who likes to count every penny to help us do it. Are you looking for a meaningful way to get involved at TFS and make a positive impact for our school community? The PTTF is currently seeking a dedicated Treasurer to join our board for the upcoming school year!

The Treasurer plays an important role in helping support the fun events, programs, and activities that make our school community so special. We are seeking a dedicated parent volunteer who would enjoy being part of the PTTF board and grow with our team beyond a one-year term, making a lasting impact by serving as Treasurer.

📣 We’re Looking for a PTTF Treasurer! 📚

We have big plans to raise money and fund important projects for our students and we need someone who likes to count every penny to help us do it. Are you looking for a meaningful way to get involved at TFS and make a positive impact for our school community? The PTTF is currently seeking a dedicated Treasurer to join our board for the upcoming school year!

The Treasurer plays an important role in helping support the fun events, programs, and activities that make our school community so special. We are seeking a dedicated parent volunteer who would enjoy being part of the PTTF board and grow with our team beyond a one-year term, making a lasting impact by serving as Treasurer.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
-Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, required
-Experience with spreadsheets, Quickbooks, and banking/payment systems
-Availability and flexibility to attend meetings and events scheduled throughout the year.

THE GIG:
-Prepare and manage the annual budget
-Tax filings (no, they don't have to be done by you)
-Monthly bank reconciliations
-Pay bills and reimbursements
-Prepare cash boxes for fundraisers
