Congratulations Stellan, Jacob and Landon! Each year McNeese sponsors a carbon dioxide powered dragster competition for visiting high schools. Students design and build the fastest car when propelled by carbon dioxide along a 67 ft track. Stellan Mirante placed first overall in this competition. 3rd place was awarded to Jacob Stark. 4th place was awarded to Landon Ardoin.

Our 4th grade students wrote letters of appreciation to Veterans living in The VAMC Community Care Center in Wilkes-Barre PA.

Merryville High School FFA member, Taylee Cooper, participated at the Louisiana State Fair Livestock Show where she was awarded an educational trip to Louisville, Kentucky. Taylee won first place at the North American International Livestock Exposition with her Beefmaster Heifer.
