RISE Services, Inc. is proud to support Executive Director Marissa Petty as she continues her Executive MBA at Arizona State University. As part of the program, Marissa recently participated in the Washington, D.C. Executive Residency, where she joined business leaders from across the country to explore the intersection of business strategy, healthcare, public policy, and leadership. The experience included discussions with nationally recognized experts from government, healthcare, business, and public affairs.

At RISE, we believe that investing in our leaders strengthens our ability to create opportunities for and with the people we serve. We are proud to support Marissa's continued professional development and look forward to the knowledge and leadership she brings back to our organization.

We’re thrilled to introduce the new Executive Director of Idaho Day & Residential, Liz Caval-Williams. Liz is a dedicated human services leader with over 10 years of experience in business development, advocacy, and management within the home and community-based services (HCBS) and behavioral health sectors. She returns to RISE Idaho as Executive Director, having previously served the organization as Director of Business Development & Advocacy, where she led procurement, contract negotiation, and advocacy in collaboration with RISE leadership.
