FDRESA was proud to support the Bulloch County Poverty Simulation held yesterday at Ogeechee Technical College!
Hosted by the Bulloch County Commission on Human Services, a Family Connection Collaborative, this impactful event brought together community leaders and partners to bridge the gap for low-income families. Our FDRESA staff were on the ground volunteering at various simulation stations, gaining deeper insight into the daily challenges many in our community face.
To wrap up the day, our Executive Director and Bulloch County Schools Interim Superintendent, Richard Smith, joined an illustrious panel of local leaders. Together, they discussed breaking down barriers to ensure every family has access to literacy, education, and the vital services needed to help our children thrive.
We are honored to be part of this collective effort to build a more resilient community! 🍎📚✨
