With all there is to teach your child these days, manners may not be high on your list. But in a classroom, one student's rude behavior can make learning harder for everyone. To encourage respectful behavior, talk with your child about what it means to treat others the way your child would like to be treated. FY2027 Proposed Budget
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §20-2-167.1, meetings will be held to provide an opportunity for public input on the proposed annual operating budget. The first will be June 1, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and the next will be June 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Candler County Board of Education meeting room.

The FY2027 budget will be considered for final approval by the Board on June 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., in the Candler County Board of Education meeting room following the public input session.

Summer school buses will start routes at 6:45 AM on Monday. Please be ready and waiting for your bus, as we will not be able to provide exact pick-up times for the first day. Call 912-685-7302 to find out your child's bus driver and number.
