Approximately 32 cases were sent to the Audrain County Prosecutor, the Mexico Prosecutor, or the Juvenile Office.

Between 07/31 and 08/06/26, MPSD took the following people to the Audrain County Jail for the listed offenses: Jordan T McCoy, 20, Mexico municipal warrant; Ciara N Lynn, 30, Audrain County warrant; Konner N Gipson, 18, Domestic Assault 3rd degree; Randall D Funk, 62, Audrain County warrant; Shawn C Flowers, Driving While Revoked, Delivery of Controlled Substance, Fail to Register as a S*x Offender, Offender Residing Within 1000 feet of a School. Approximately 17 cases were sent to the Audrain County Prosecutor, the Mexico Prosecutor, or the Juvenile Office.

Approximately 13 cases were sent to the Audrain County Prosecutor, the Mexico Prosecutor, or the Juvenile Office.

It has come to the attention of MPSD that a political flier is being circulated about a candidate in the upcoming August election. The flier quotes a "Mexico, MO Police Officer." The quote is part of the standard language taken from a probable cause statement for a case the flier states was filed in 2012. When a case is filed, portions of the probable cause statement becomes open record.
