Introduction to Salsa on 1-- Week 2
Basics & Fundamentals

Sometimes, the biggest step is getting started.. Self sabotage can feel like., "I'm not good enough. I'll never catch on, or it's too late for an old dog to learn new tricks. If that is tge case, then the converse can be true.. Maybe you're good enough with what you have and trust the process. After all, you'll never know unless if you test those doubts.

Beyond the steps, we can all learn a thing or two about humilit and self compassion. So what.. we may not remember the steps today, but there's always tomorrow. Be your biggest cheerleader by saying, Yes, I've fallen, but maybe if try again, I'm not starting over, but Im starting with experience.
