🌟 Celebrating Accessibility in Miami Beach!
The Miami Beach Convention Center was honored to join Loews Miami Beach Hotel in celebrating its designation as the first Autism Certified Hotel in Miami Beach through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) Certified Autism Center (CAC) program.
As a Certified Autism Center, the MBCC understands the importance of creating welcoming and accessible experiences for all guests. We are proud to see more organizations across our destination taking steps to make Miami Beach more inclusive for residents and visitors alike.
Led by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, this destination-wide initiative continues to expand accessibility throughout Greater Miami and Miami Beach, helping ensure that visitors of all abilities can enjoy a welcoming experience.
Thank you to Meredith Tekin, President of IBCCES; David Whitaker and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau; City Manager Eric Carpenter; Commissioner Raquel Regalado; Mutluhan Kucuk and the Loews Miami Beach Hotel team; and everyone who attended this special recognition ceremony.
The Miami Beach Convention Center was represented at the event by Christian Jaramillo, Associate Director of Sales, and Zoie Tirona, Marketing & Sustainability Coordinator.
Congratulations to Loews Miami Beach Hotel on this achievement and its commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
Together, we are helping make Miami Beach a destination where everyone feels welcome.
