Versace Mansion Originally built in 1930 by Alden Freeman, the villa was renovated in 1993 by Gianni Versace. It is the only house on Ocean Drive. Visit www.artdecotours.com

The Versace mansion is the only house on Ocean Drive in South Beach. A jewel of architecture and history amidst Art Deco and other buildings, you can learn more about this building and it's transformation by taking a local walking tour. No tours are offered inside the mansion at this time.

We apologize for the lateness in recognizing the anniversary of the death of Gianni Versace last week, July 15.

A legendary designer that infused contemporary culture into his design with creative vision, brazen boldness, and pioneering spirit, the essence of Gianni Versace continues to thrive in his company, his mansion in South Beach, and the designers and clientele who work and showcase his mastery every day.

He was taken away much too early, at the peak age of 50. Yet we are forever inspired in fashion and beyond, thanks to Versace.
