Still reflecting on the dWELL Conference.
I spoke from John 4 on The Fountain Within: Digging Where God Dwells; and the room became a place of healing, encounter, and awakening.
The woman at the well teaches us that God does not avoid the complicated places in our lives. He meets us there. He meets us in our thirst, our questions, our relational wounds, our disappointments, and the places we thought disqualified us.
But Jesus does not just expose pain.
He awakens purpose.
That is my lane: Healing-centered leadership.
Helping people, leaders, women, families, organizations, and communities recognize what is leaking, what is wounded, what is thirsty, and what God is ready to restore.
Because when people heal, they lead differently.
When women heal, families shift.
When leaders heal, cultures change.
When communities heal, futures open.
We are not just digging for water.
We are digging where God dwells.
