Real Impact. Real Support.💜

After facing ongoing delays with insurance, a local family struggled to secure a much-needed wheelchair for their loved one. The lack of reliable mobility created daily challenges and added stress for the caregiver.

Through CAW’s Synergy Service Partnership (SSP), our team stepped in—working together to identify resources and advocate for support. With the help of a generous donor, the family received a wheelchair that restored safe, reliable mobility and brought much-needed relief.

This is what community looks like. This is the power of connection.

🤝 Need support or know a family who does?
